Submission Guidelines:

All submissions should be in PDF format. The submission should be formatted like detailed in the attached template. 

• Details on instructions are available on the conference website:   https://conference.ncst.gov.rw/ and
• The abstracts shall be submitted electronically via Research and Innovation Grant Management Systems (RIGMS).

All submissions will be subject to peer reviews and accepted papers will be presented through oral and poster presentations during the conference. Note that the acceptance of the papers submitted will be based on quality, relevance and originality. In addition, accepted papers will be submitted for publications in a (identified journal for publications) subject to meeting publication’s score and quality requirements.

Important Dates 

The following are important dates for abstracts/papers submission:

• 28^th December 2023: Call for abstracts published
• 15^th June 2024: Deadline for abstracts submission
• 25^th July 2024: Notification to authors
• 20^th September 2024: Full paper submission
• 23^rd-24^th September 2024: Conference

The following are important dates for registration of participants and exhibition:

• 25^th July 2024: Online registration open
• 25^th July 2024: Online registration for exhibition
• 20^th September 2024: Registration closed
