Instruction for Online Users: WebEx/ YouTube

• If you are using a computer, you can just use the link provided.
• If you are using another device (phone, iPad), you need to have WebEx downloaded from Play Store or App Store before the screening
• Please remember to mute your microphone to keep the noises down during the screening 
• Please turn off your cameras to save your bandwidth/if you are not presenting
• Please feel free to participate in the chat while the presentation is going on
• After the presentation we will have time to ask questions directly to our speakers/ panelists.
• To get a full screen on your device, go to more options down on the right side, then change the layout and select spotlight.
• Please register yourself once you join with your full names and name of your institution
• Those attending Physically do not connect via WebEx to avoid audience interfaces
